Jack Allen, Jr.

Chairman & Owner – CFR, Inc.

Jack Allen is the Chairman and owner of CFR, Inc. CFR’s core business is insurance brokerage and risk management service. CFR has grown to be the largest independent broker in Oklahoma with more than 100 employees at office locations in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. He holds a business degree in insurance.

Joe Eastin

President & Equity Owner – ISNetworld

Joe Eastin is the president and an equity owner of ISNetworld, a global resource company that connects corporations to safe and reliable contractors from capital-intensive industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Rhonda Hooper

President & CEO – Jordan Associates

Rhonda Hooper is the President and CEO of Oklahoma City-based advertising communications firm, Jordan Associates. She started with Jordan Associates as an account executive and worked her way up the ranks to her current position. Prior to joining the organization, she served as the Director of Advertising for Technical Oil Tool Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.

Tiffany Sewell-Howard

CEO – The Charles Machine Works

Tiffany Sewell-Howard is the CEO of Charles Machine Works, Inc., a manufacturer of Ditch Witch underground construction equipment in Perry, OK. Prior to joining CMW, she was a marketing director for the trade magazine publisher, PrimeMedia. She has also started and operated several businesses and holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Steve Irby

President & Founder – Stillwater Design & Audio, Inc.

Steve Irby is the president and founder of Stillwater Designs and Audio Incorporated, maker of the Kicker and SoundGate brands car audio and mobile electronics products. Irby developed the original KICKER stereo system in 1980. Steve attended Oklahoma State University after high school, and is a Stillwater native.

N. Malone Mitchell 3rd

Founder, CEO, & Chairman – Riata Management, Longfellow Energy, and SandRidge Energy

N. Malone Mitchell 3rd founded Riata Management, Longfellow Energy, and Riata Energy (now SandRidge Energy). He held the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Riata Energy from 1989 until 2006. During his tenure, Riata grew from a $500 loan to become one of the largest privately held energy companies and the largest privately held land driller in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.

Russ Teubner

Founder & CEO – HostBridge Technology

Russ Teubner is a seasoned entrepreneur within the software industry. He is the Founder and CEO of HostBridge Technology where he has focused much of his creative energy on solving difficult problems associated with the integration of IBM mainframes and applications with newly emerged and evolved technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.

Carl Thoma

Managing Partner – Thoma Bravo, LLC

Carl Thoma is a managing partner with Thoma Bravo, LLC, a private equity firm with offices in Chicago and San Francisco. He has been widely recognized for his leadership in “buy and build” investments, and he is an active investor in software and services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.
