Travel, Accommodation, and Venue

The 2014 VEP Program will be held on the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma. For those traveling by air, one can fly into either Tulsa or Oklahoma City and it is about a 75 minute drive. If you are flying in, we will pick you up at the airport and bring you to Stillwater.

Accommodation will be at the beautiful Atherton Hotel on the OSU campus, and will be pre-arranged for all accepted delegates on the program. Delegates do not need to worry about making hotel reservations. Parking will also be available at the Atherton for those who drive to Stillwater.

All sessions of the actual program will be held in the state-of–the-art ConocoPhillips Alumni Center on the OSU campus.

We will be having meals at various locations on the campus each day, and will also have two outings on different evenings during the program. There will also be an opening banquet on February 1, 2014 and a Graduation Banquet on February 8, 2014.

All travel, accommodation, meals, materials, and instructional costs will be covered by the VEP Program.
